Type A: is made of plain-woven polypropylene fabric and provides no static protection. The general bulk bag, jumbo bag, and container bag to transport the product. The design is available at FIBC Vietnam factory for your choice or you can send us your design ideas.
Besides, Type B Jumbo bags are made from insulating fabric that has a breakthrough voltage of less than 6KV, this can prevent propagating brush discharges, but is not considered anti-static jumbo bags.
Type C (Conductive Jumbo Bag) is made from non-conductive PP fabric interwoven with conducting threads sewn in a grid pattern and connected to the ground via a grounding point to prevent the electrostatic charge that might occur during the filling and discharging procedure.
Type D (Static Dissipative Bag): is constructed from static dissipative materials to control fire-starting of discharges, without the bags being manually grounded, thus eliminating the risk of human error. The fabric safely dissipates charges into the atmosphere by a process called corona, providing safety way to the employees. The fabric is manufactured by our own factory and qualified in DEKRA laboratory.
